RIDGE 2026
Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026
RIDGE 2026 is run by Pertinence Group. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or reserve a seat, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, role and goals, when you reserve a seat.
- Your self-assessment answers.
- Proof of payment you upload, with the payer name and reference.
- Gala and delivery details you give us after your seat is confirmed.
- Messages you send to the Concierge, and times you book with Sunday Olorunsheyi.
- Basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the advert that brought you here.
Why we use it
- To confirm your seat, check your payment and send your receipt and admission letter.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and programme joining details by email and WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and improve the programme.
- To measure which adverts work. We use the Meta Pixel for this, and it never receives your name, email or phone number from us.
Who sees it
Only the RIDGE admissions team and the service providers that run this site for us: hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging and the AI service behind the Concierge. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and payment records for as long as the law and our accounts require. You can ask us to delete anything we do not need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, at any time by contacting the admissions office.
